Today's word

" For when I am weak, then I am strong " ( 2 Corinthians 12:10 )

What is weakness? Weakness is the incapability to do works that must be done. When we are unable to do the required works we say that we''re weak. When Apostle Paul talks about weakness, does he mean that he is unable to lift physical weights or accomplish certain tasks in the physical world? Definitely not! Paul is talking about spiritual weakness! He says, “When I am weak in my spiritual life, then I am strong spiritually”!', 'Spiritual weakness is the inability to pray, to study the Scriptures, to do God’s will and walk with the Lord in holiness. All of us have our weak moments. We see that even the great Apostle is weak sometimes! There are times when we can’t pray, no matter how much we try. We cannot bear fruit for the Lord. These times are not spiritual calamities and we need not panic about them! They are but natural seasons in each one’s spiritual life!', 'Secondly, the most wonderful truth is that we are actually stronger when we think we are weak! We can do more difficult things when we feel weak! There are preachers who preached great sermons and won many souls when they felt very weak! Many great hymns were written when the authors were feeling exhausted in their spiritual life!', 'My dear brother/ sister, today you might be feeling that you are at your weakest moment! But today you will be a strong instrument in the Hand of God! This will happen because God is your strength. He delights in helping His children in their weakness. You can do more valiantly when you feel weak because God works in you and through you when you look to Him in your weakness! Walk into this day confidently and do great things for God today and all the days of your life! God bless!
